I was skeptical until I tried this out. I can easily measure the size of stabilizer I need then press it into place. After hooping your item it is easily removed for embroidery. I use Mighty Hoops over 90% of the time. This holder is not necessary, but it is helpful & I’m glad I purchased it.

I heard about these holders that secure your stabilizer before you hoop. I have at least 5 Mighty Hoops so I picked the 2 I use most often to try them out. They work great! One item I embroider is diaper covers, & these holders make it more convenient to hoop knowing the stabilizer is not in the way. Before, if I had too large a piece of stabilizer it got in the way, or if I had a smaller piece, sometimes an edge or corner would not be covered by stabilizer. Glad I found out about them.

I visited SewingMachine.com, in person, to evaluate sewing machines for an upgrade from my entry-level machine. The staff were terrific in showing me options and explaining the difference between models. I ultimately purchased the model I selected from a seller on Facebook marketplace, but returned to the store to buy the extension table. Even though I didn't purchase from the store, they were gracious and helpful! I'll definitely be going back for service and other needs.
