My kids and I recently took a class for the beginner embroidery class. The class instructed us on all the basic skills to start our embroidery journey. When we walked in the store we were amazed at how big the store was!! The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was very refreshing to see custom service alive and well in today’s day and age! It’s almost a lost art but we were well taken care of and they were so helpful! So much so, that we ended up buying an embroidery machine following the class! We are very new to embroidery but I must say the machine we bought, Brother NQ1700E, is so “smart” that it makes it very easy to achieve a great end product! We are all so excited and have so many ideas for our next crafting projects! With this machine the sky is the limit!!

Recently purchased my first 2 spools of Gutermann all purpose thread. Huge difference in quality as compared to the brands I had been using that broke easily and stitching did not look as nice! So happy that SewingMachine.com carries this thread!

When I first looked at the fabric roller, I thought why would one need this as one can simply iron seams open? I found however, that the roller offers convenience as it’s right beside me, simple to use and does not require plugging in an iron! The roller works easy and solves the seam opening and flattening quickly!
