Lightning Fast Output

Produce prints on light shirts in approximately 41 seconds and dark garments in 63 seconds while maintaining exceptional colour accuracy. The GTX300 achieves these speeds through an upgraded carriage drive system and newly developed print heads featuring wave-like ink flow technology. By increasing the ink ejection frequency, the print heads can accurately place ink at higher carriage speeds, enabling faster print production without compromising image quality or print consistency.

Improved Color Quality

The new White Enhancement Function in the updated GTX Graphics Lab software creates brighter, crisper white layers without bleeding. It dynamically alters laydown to give sharper contrast and brighter whites on black fabrics while simultaneously restricting colour bleeding. GTX Graphics Lab is an all-in-one design and print software built specifically for DTG and DTF workflows and it comes included.

DTG & DTF Versatility

Engineered as a true hybrid solution, the GTX300 gives you the flexibility to take on a wider range of jobs. Print directly onto cotton garments or switch seamlessly to cut-sheet DTF printing for polyester, blends and performance wear. From T-shirts, hoodies, polos and kidswear to totes, canvas bags, denim, workwear, sleeve prints, pocket areas and seams, the GTX300NC helps you say yes to more customer requests without adding a separate printer for every application.

User Friendly Interface

The GTX300 features a 7-inch color touchscreen that displays illustrated, step-by-step troubleshooting and maintenance guides directly on the printer. When maintenance is required or an error occurs, the touchscreen guidance assists the user to quickly complete the task.

Compact Front-Facing Design

Designed to fit into existing production areas where space is a premium. Whether you are setting up your first production or adding to your lineup, the compact, space-saving design with the convenience of replacing all consumables from the front of the machine means you can maximize your space.

Cloud Dashboard

The new Device Core software automatically collects printer status data in the cloud, allowing you to check the total number of prints, ink volume, usage and error information in real time on the dashboard. (Network connection required)

Quick Platen Swapping

Utilizes quick-release levers so platens can be changed in seconds. The GTX300 comes with a 14in x 16.54in (35.56cm x 42.01cm) Regular Platen included. A 16in x 21in (40.6cm x 53.3cm) Wide Platen is available and sold separately.

Production that scales

Start with one GTX300, then add more as demand grows. The front-facing design keeps loading, unloading, ink access and daily operation on the operator side, making it easier to build an efficient multi-machine workflow. One trained operator can move between several printers, prepare the next garment or film sheet, clear completed prints and keep output moving as order volume increases. Automated maintenance functions and continuous white ink circulation help reduce routine maintenance and support consistent print performance. With a print resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi combined with cutting edge Innobella Textile inks, your designs can incorporate the most minute details and they will print with fantastic clarity. Equipped with color conversion profiling capability (ICC profile) you can confidently reproduce colors for professional results.

Pre-treatment

 

Before printing, apply pre-treatment using either a manual or automatic device and then dry garment using a heat-press, being sure to follow all manufacturer's instructions. Pre-treatment is necessary for white ink.
