I bought the EasyWeed for a gift. I don't use it for myself. So, I can't really leave a review on it other than give you a review on customer service. First shipping was really fast. I ordered a lot because it was on clearance for my daughter who uses heat press often. There was a small mix up on my order. I called and they were very helpful and kind. They went over and beyond to make my order right. They were so pleasant to talk to and do business with. I expected to have to argue about the mix up. I did not. Matter of fact I almost felt bad for having to call. They were so good to me. Thank you to everyone at sewingmachine.com. You are the best.
