Timing

Product is nice but it did not arrive as quickly as the website indicated it would.

We apologize you didn't receive your product in the expected time, we had severe weather last week that impacted shipping times dramatically. Neither USPS or UPS were picking up shipments, and nothing was able to move in transit that they had received.
