I had purchased the Brother GTX4 and was given the pretreat suggested. I found that the brand I was told to use left stains on our garments. I had to run my customers orders through the laundry to remove the "stain", There were times when the wash did not remove the stain.
I searched for a solution to the problem. During that search, a rep. had suggested the firebird. NO STAIN!! Unfortunately, Brother will not service my pretreat machine because I use the Firebird. The warranty would not be honored. I was told that Firebird would build up and kill the motor. This is NOT the case. I've been using the Firebird pretreat for a few years now and am printing beautifully!!
