Foam Flushing Set - Wrong Size sent

Hi I ordered the Foam Flushing set for the GTX Pro.
The foam received did not fit - about 1" too long. Had to cut them down to fit.
Otherwise ok. Not sure where the mixup occured. We have ordered this is the past without issue.
