Great product. Horrible customer service
The product is wonderful and I am learning every day on how to use it properly. Wish there was more detailed instructions on the actual PRO version but YouTube has come in very handy with that aspect.
I purchased this at the quilt expo when it was within driving range to me. The rep for Grace, as well as the dealer from Sewing Machine. Com was helpful as well. The issue began when I contacted the dealer 10 days later per directed at the expo if I had not heard anything from them regarding it being shipped. When I spoke with the rep, he told me he would have the office email me with the shipping details, tracking number, etc. To this day, I still have not received a call, text or email regarding any of that information or that they reached out to me to see how it was working, did I ever get it…. NOTHING! It did, obviously, show up but was left near our basement garage in the weather for two days before it was discovered. My husband and I were out of town and the person staying here at our house kept a look out for it but never knew it was delivered because we had no idea when to expect it. Our married son had stopped by, saw it outside, realized it was pertaining to my sewing stuff and put it in the cab of my husband’s truck. He figured we would grab it since we had probably been tracking it.
I did reach out to let them know it was received and that I wanted to discuss with someone the situation, but like I previously said, still no communication…… one month later.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the QCT 6 Pro. The capabilities it has is unbelievable.
I would NOT even remotely recommend this company to do anything with your Grace equipment. There is such a lack of communication that I would never have a peace about whether or not they would let me know what was truly going on with any equipment they would be working on.
They are the closest to me but it would not be worth the 3 hour drive to Atlanta with some much distrust for their company. So I will drive 5 hours instead North of where I live and hope that they will treat my business like they appreciated me and not take 5+thousand dollars and ignore me or act like they don’t need my future business. As a new long armer….. I feel they have missed a huge chance to have a great customer as well as future customers.
